SALARY
This position has a base salary range of $112,000 - $168,000.00 USD Annual. This range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience and time in the role.
Summary
This role will be an experienced relationship leader who develops and executes a successful wellness strategy for the organization’s wholly owned, proprietary program, Life. Money. You.®. This individual is expected to lead a B2B2C strategy that fosters strong internal and external relationships, integrate human and digital interactions, bundle tailored offerings, and create solutions to support BCU’s partners, members, employees, and communities. The individual will champion BCU’s corporate financial well-being initiatives, work to improve the financial confidence of members and provide measurable value for partner companies. You will be working closely will all levels of the organization, especially senior executives within BCU, BCU Wealth Advisors, Credit Union industry executives (including industry speaking engagements, advisory boards), and Partner company contacts to put BCU’s Purpose of empowering people to discover financial freedom into practice.

- Strategic Leadership: bring an entrepreneurial sales approach to an essential business area, offering expertise across diverse market segments. Establish a member growth funnel to bridge partner employees and Life. Money. You. participants from financial well-being subscribers to engaged BCU members.
- Corporate Partner Relationship Management: work seamlessly alongside the Partner Relations team on all Company Partner accounts (existing relationship management and new partner acquisition) by developing timely, relevant campaigns that highlight BCU’s unique and differentiated value proposition and ability to provide measurable impact for their employees and families.
- Industry Engagement: actively participate in industry events, research cohorts, panel discussions, and other professional development activities.
- Product Development/Technical Integration: manage digital product design and positioning to support members' needs to achieve their financial goals. Oversee collaboration with the digital delivery team to develop and deploy financial wellbeing tech solutions, utilizing transactional intelligence through direct integrations or API’s.
- Competitive Analysis: leverage member insights and peer benchmarking to gather competitive data, ensuring Life. Money. You. remains at the leading edge of industry offerings.
- Content Development: manage the creation and collaboration alongside the marketing team to implement strategies, including promotional campaigns, social media engagement, and educational initiatives for both internal and external audiences.
- Employee Engagement: partner with Human Resources to ensure BCU staff receive maximum benefit from the Total Rewards program and Life. Money. You. And Wealth Advisors offerings.
- Data Analysis and Project Planning: collaborate with senior leadership on KPI analysis, assist in preparing new projects within defined business parameters, and provide impact analyses for ongoing and future initiatives.
- Member Advocacy: prioritize members’ interests, championing a “Nudge for Good” approach that places their financial wellbeing above all else. Demonstrate a clear understanding of the correlation between financial, physical and mental health. Be passionate about integrating the discovery of financial freedom in all aspects of personal finance.
- Adaptability: This individual must adapt quickly to changing internal and external environments and be open to pivoting focus to the needs of members and the business.
- Bachelor’s degree required/advanced degree preferred.
- 10 years’ experience in financial services.
- Corporate wellness experience preferred.
- Certified Financial Counselor, FINRA Series 6 or 7, 63 are desired, but not required.
- Outstanding verbal/written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and financial aptitude.
- Superb presentation skills: Present top-down macro views to deliver a high impact financial well-being message to audiences at all levels.
- Demonstrated pattern of understanding and leveraging emerging digital banking & marketing technologies and trends.
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency beyond own scope of responsibility/strong ability to influence without authority.
- Establish a clear vision and strategy for solutions that drive financial capability.
- Understand the trends impacting our members, competition, and financial well-being marketplace.
- Collaborate across the organization to seize opportunities to promote BCU’s collective financial wellbeing interests.
- Transform strategy into action, effectively mobilizing the right internal resources to achieve optimal results.
- Take intelligent risks, generating new ideas and approaches using sound judgement.
