SALARY
This position has a base salary range of $64,000 - $96,000 USD Annual. This range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience and time in the role.
Summary
This role will play a key role in enhancing the day-to-day operations of our Financial Well-being programs under BCU proprietary brand, Life. Money. You.®. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational workflow to ensure seamless delivery of financial well-being resources for BCU employees, existing and eligible members, and our Company Partners. This role focuses on managing daily tasks, ensuring smooth execution of processes, and providing hands-on support to improve operational efficiency. The Sr Lead will work closely with the Sr Manager, Digital Product and Manager of Coaching and Content to implement strategies and drive operational success. This role will have a focus on member conversion, Salesforce lead optimization, audience engagement and team training. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, a passion for all forms of well-being, and can effectively manage multiple projects and collaborate with various departments.

Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize daily tasks to ensure smooth delivery of financial well-being programs, maintaining a high level of quality, efficiency, and consistency.
- Drive initiatives to increase conversion rates of BCU employees and eligible members through targeted engagement strategies and Salesforce optimization.
- Work closely with Sr. Manager, Digital Product and Manager of Coaching and Content to implement strategies that align with broader organizational goals.
- Oversee Salesforce lead management processes to streamline lead generation and improve member conversion rates.
- Coordinate and deliver training for team members, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, including documentation of workflows and best practices.
- Coordinate all marketing support with the Growth and Engagement streams on the marketing team.
- Lead all Life. Money. You. internal engagement using centralized communication channels.
- Analyze key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement in program delivery and member engagement.
- Complete all other duties assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Financial Services, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program or project management within a well-being, financial services, or human resources environment.
- Demonstrated success in operational management, process optimization, or member engagement.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis with a focus on lead conversion and audience engagement metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Proactive and hands-on approach to manage daily operations.
- Excellent professional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
- Superior organizational skills, including attention to detail, time management, follow-up and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and demonstrate the ability to work well independently, with a team or in a group setting.
