Key duties and responsibilities Identify, analyze, and evaluate customer requirements to provide expert product insights and tailored recommendations. Define optimized technical and functional designs that align with customer needs, focusing on demonstrating the value of Business Central during pre-sales engagements. Work closely with stakeholders to craft proposals and presentations. Delivery high-impact demonstrations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central capabilities to highlight how the solution addresses business challenges. Proactively support the sales process by monitoring and managing deliverables tied to potential and ongoing engagements. Requirements and qualifications Experience : Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. 5 years’ experience in ERP sales and pre-sales with a focus on Business Central. Proven track record of engaging with customers and completion of at least 5 Business Central sales cycles. Technical Skills : Strong understanding in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Excellent presentation and product demonstration skills. Ability to bridge technical and non-technical discussions to translate business needs into software capabilities. Language skills : Fluency in English. Proficiency in another language is an advantage. Personal skills : Exceptional Service and customer orientation.
