Who we are:
Be Well Kentucky is an evidence-based outpatient clinic in Louisville who expanded services to the Lexington area in 2023. Be Well Kentucky’s sister clinic Louisville Center for Eating Disorders houses the only eating disorder IOP & PHP in the State. We are eager to extend the reach of eating disorder care in KY by adding an eating disorder therapist to our Lexington team.
Who we are looking for:
We are searching for a dedicated, passionate full or part time therapist to provide evidence-based treatment in our state licensed and Joint Commission Accredited outpatient clinic. We are interested in candidates who provide affirming and trauma informed care. Prior training and experience using the provision of evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT alongside experience treating eating disorders is required
- Applicants must have 2 years relevant work experience with at least a Masters in their respective field (e.g. LPA, LPC, LCSW, PhD, PsyD.).
A therapist would be involved in the following duties, tasks, responsibilities, and capacities:
- Provide intake assessments to inform treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches in individuals (couples and family formats are also required at times).
- Follow Joint Commission and State BHSO License and accreditation policies
- Attend interdisciplinary treatment teams and engage in regular consultation and training to build and develop competency in treatment approaches
- Participation in trainings and willingness to grow in knowledge of evidence-based treatments across a range of diverse populations
- Willingness to work with a diverse population of individuals
