We are looking for a Backend Developer position at Temple Terrace, FL.
Position: Backend Developer
Location: Temple Terrace, FL
Duration: 6 Months
Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years
Responsibilities:
Work closely with customers and team members to understand current operating procedures, program objectives, and business requirements that drive the design and development of high quality technical solutions.
Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that enhance our products and services.
Responsible for server-side web application logic as well as the integration of the front-end.
Conducts unit tests, code reviews, assesses and improves site/software performance, and maintains design and code documentation.
In-depth understanding of web development and Content Management Systems.
Experience with one or more of the following including but not limited to: Java, C#, Objective C, Python, Golang.
Familiarity with front-end languages such as HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
Usually responsible for writing the web services and APIs used by front-end developers and mobile application developers.
Experience with HTML and Frameworks such as React.Js, Angular, Node.JS, and EXPRESS, Spring
Knowledge of various DBMS technology MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle, Postgres, Redis.
Degree in computer science, math or a related technical field.
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
Strong J2EE, React, Angular, REST, Spring, SpringBoot, Hibernate, Kafka, RDBMS/Oracle, NoSQL and Cloud native application development.
DESIRED SKILLS: Experience in ServiceNow, Generative AI, AWS, Google Cloud Platform

Compensation for roles at Beacon Systems Inc depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, BeaconGov provides reasonable range of compensation for this role.
