Job Description
This Assessment will include recommendations as to whether a professional capital needs assessment required to develop long - term capital improvement plans for a property including projected operating expenses potential energy conversation measures.
Candidate shall be registered architects with at least 20 years of experience in the rehabilitation of residential buildings and adaptive re - use of buildings of residential use. experience shall include work with multiple building typologies including small scale multi family and high - rise buildings. candidates experience must increase the departments capacity to efficiently make responsible execution decisions regarding design and construction matters.
