We are hiring again! We need people skilled in the area of property maintenance. We do a lot of apartment make ready's, remodels, and real estate transactions. If you have skills in plumbing, electrical, minimal masonry (such as tuck pointing), painting, drywall, etc., we would love to have you apply!
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Fabricate and install new equipment or components as needed
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities with other team members
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment
- Provide excellent customer service to address maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Utilize Trello for job tracking
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Strong technical skills in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Leadership skills to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Customer service-oriented mindset with good communication skills
