Bear Mountain Healthcare is looking for an experienced, motivated and creative Assistant Director of Nursing(ADON/ADNS) for our Lowell, MA location. As the ADON/ADNS, you are the second in command of the nursing department. You will work closely with the DON/DNS to improve the quality of patient care and services provided by your team. In their absence, you will oversee the entire team ensuring quality customer service and compliance with all federal, state and local rules and regulations, as well as the policies and procedures set by your employer.

Accessibly located just south of Lowell’s historic downtown, this newly remodeled 111-bed facility is designed around our patient-centered approach to caregiving, promoting healing, recovery and comfort. We are conveniently located near area hospitals and serve the communities of Lowell, Chelmsford, Dracut, Tewksbury and all other surrounding communities.

Requirements:

•Must have a current unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts

•Graduate of approved nursing school required. BSN preferred

•Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in long term care

•Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/Joint Commission guidelines required

•Must be computer literate. Knowledge of EMR required
