Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC Service Technician/Controls Technician at Beaverton School District. The technician will be responsible for daily maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting HVAC systems, and performing preventive maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting skills
- EPA Certification for handling refrigerants
- Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance skills
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- HVAC certification or relevant technical training
