Beckett Collectibles is seeking an Operations Associate to join our highly dynamic environment. There are many areas for our associate to operate in. Processing and receiving orders, entering customer information into our database for tracking, creating labels, processing invoices. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and be proficient with Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities
- Handle delicate, high-value, collectibles with the utmost care and attention
- Process submissions by opening, counting, and verifying incoming packages and transferring data from paper forms into our proprietary system
- Maintain multiple databases by entering new and updated customer account, trading card and certification information
- Maintain the filing system by sorting and organizing paperwork
- Resolve discrepancies with submissions by using standard operating procedures including calling or emailing customers, and escalating to the team lead for resolution when necessary
- Works Independently, and as part of a team, to ensure that jobs progress quickly and with high quality.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient in Microsoft
- Excellent organizational skills to achieve production goals and maximize productivity
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Balance team and individual responsibilities
- Quickly and accurately identify and resolve problems with limited supervision
- Strong communication skills with the capacity to make independent decisions
- Works well under pressure
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from management and supervisors
