Job Overview
Beckstrom's is looking to hire a new Secretary. We are looking for someone who is interested in being the face of our company. Providing excellent customer service is at the heart of what we do. We need someone to greet customers, answer phone calls, and be able to work under pressure. We need someone who is willing to work hard and can problem solve. Someone who can work independently and is confident. No exprience is needed but will be helpful. We are a body shop repair facility and deal with customers daily. We need someone who can handle customers that may become upset if their vehicle is not done when they want it to be done.
Duties
- Answering phones
- Scanning invoices
- Helping customers check in/out their vehicle
- Talking to insurance companies
- Receiving parts invoices
- Updating customers on status of vehicle
- Receiving and monitoring payments
