What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Superintendent position at BedBrock Developers?
High End Luxury new home construction. Looking for highly experienced, well organized team member who understands a sense of urgency and takes personal pride in their work. Would be joining a supportive, best of the best, team with many years of experience.
- Overall supervision of assigned construction projects.
- Manages day to day field operations for all phases of construction.
- Must be safety oriented
- PM and Supervisor works together to create construction schedules
- Supervisor will monitor, and manage updates to construction schedule
- Responsible for dust control and daily logs
- Must be able to maintain accurate set of As-Built drawings
- Manage final punch list through completion, and close out process
- Must have an eye for detail
- Schedule, sequence and supervise all aspects of work.
- Maintain job site security.
- Ensure adherence to building codes and coordinate work with City inspectors towards successful close-out of permits.
- Scheduling of inspections.
- Coordination of utilities
- Must have some tech skills to maintain Daily logs, Weekly reports, Daily photos
- Interface with clients for on-site visits, field questions
- Ability to do minor punch and misc. labor as required to complete projects
- Must maintain jobsite cleanliness
- Maintain working knowledge of all project plans, specifications, subcontracts, purchase orders, submittals, shop drawings, RFI’s, Interior Design books, and all other project related documents.
- Works well with others on the team, Architects, Designers, Engineers, City inspectors, In house employees.

Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
