Key Responsibilities
Admissions Process Management
- Coordinate and oversee the entire admissions process, including pre-admission assessments, documentation, and onboarding of new residents.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to determine the facility's ability to meet the needs of prospective residents.
- Ensure all admission paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Monitor census levels and implement strategies to meet or exceed occupancy goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue through enhanced admission processes and targeted marketing.
Education and Experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in admissions, marketing, or case management within a healthcare or long-term care setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance processes.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with referral sources and families.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
