*Responsibilities*
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Uphold and respect resident rights and privacy at all times
- Implement behavior management techniques when necessary
- Food Safety skills
- Collaborate with social work and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care
- Familiarity with systems commonly used in nursing homes or home care settings
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience in a nursing home or home care setting is preferred
- Proficiency in assisting with ADLs and behavior management
- Understanding of resident rights and privacy regulations
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
