Director, Government Contracts

This role will be located at our Loveland, Ohio, or Englewood, Colorado facility.

We are seeking a Director, Government Contracts who will be responsible for supporting our business development efforts and successfully growing the business through Beehive"s additively enabled propulsion systems. This role will be responsible for developing the business strategies to be compliant to DoD, FAR, and DFAR contracting requirements. The role will support contract actions from pursuit, capture, and execution.

In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position in Colorado is $180,000-$230,000 base salary. Please note that wage information is a general guideline only, and we will consider factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills, and market conditions when extending an offer.
