Role Overview :
The Director of Public Relations and Communications is seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial, results-driven, and creative leader to lead our communications and PR strategy. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our external and internal communications, including media relations, advisor communications and executive visibility. You will work to grow our brand presence, enhance our reputation and deliver high-impact results.
Responsible for the following areas within Beehive :
- Working with the functional organizations to create internal communications aligned with company strategy
- Provide support to HR in creating content to support recruiting, retention, and employee engagement activities
- Work with business leadership to create external communications
- Supporting Beehive brand consistency and development
- Supporting investor relations and communications
- Creating social and content in line with overall product and brand strategy
- Collaborating with external agencies to support the above objectives
- Responsible for building a social media strategy that targets key stakeholders
- Preference that the ideal candidate has established relationships with major media outlets (ex. Aviation Week)
- Develop and execute media engagement strategy to drive awareness, advocacy, and commercial success
- Other responsibilities may include : speech writing, video development, internal & external newsletters, and talking point development & dissemination

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $147,000-$240,000 base salary. Please note that wage information is a general guideline only, and we will consider factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education / training, key skills, and market conditions when extending an offer.
