We are seeking a Manufacturing Readiness Leader , who will be responsible for driving the readiness of manufacturing and supply chain operations for new product introductions, process improvements, and changes in production requirements. This includes overseeing the design, development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing systems, processes, and equipment to ensure operational efficiency and product quality. The role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing workflows, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will be based in our Denver or Knoxville facility.
Key Responsibilities :
Manufacturing Readiness Management :
- Manage the creation and execution of manufacturing readiness plans, ensuring successful transitions from development to full-scale production.
- Ensure that production timelines, quality standards, and cost targets are met, and proactively identify potential risks or challenges.

In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $100,000-$180,000 base salary. Please note that wage information is a general guideline only, and we will consider factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills, and market conditions when extending an offer.
