Purpose and Mission
- Contributes to the smooth operation and output of production facilities, ensuring both safety and product excellence.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery and Equipment:
- Set up, operate, and maintain machinery according to operational guidelines to meet quality targets.
- Conduct regular quality checks and troubleshoot issues to maintain equipment efficiency and product standards.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Monitor production processes to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Quality Assurance:
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of production quantities, equipment status, and any issues encountered.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimize production efficiency and quality.
Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies within the industry
- Strong problem-solving skills to address production challenges and deviations
- Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and tools
Previous Experience
- Previous experience in a production environment is preferred.
Qualifications and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
