Job Description
This role will be responsible for Belkin’s Direct-to-Consumer and new eCommerce business and will drive the strategic plan and P&L goals for the channels. This role will lead a team across merchandising, site experience, marketing, and CRM, and partner extensively with creative, digital marketing, product marketing, IT, customer service, finance, operations and other functions to drive channel growth & overall business objectives.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Help define the vision and strategy for Belkin’s DTC & emerging eCommerce business
• Oversee all aspects of the business to drive significant growth in next 3-5 years, and own and deliver the channel P&L to drive significant and sustainable profitable growth
• Partner with finance, supply chain, and product teams on forecasting, assortment, pricing, and inventory management for the business
• Develop marketing strategy in alignment with channel objectives and lead building and execution of the marketing plan across paid marketing, affiliate, social and other efforts
• Lead continuous improvement of UX/UI by establishing “target state” and providing direction within eCommerce, global digital marketing and IT teams
• Drive conversion rate optimization through A/B testing
• Partner with creative teams for accurate, compelling content and ongoing optimization in alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines
• Oversee relationships with third-party vendors/agencies and collaborate with IT and Digital Marketing on decisions on platforms, systems and features/tools
• Collaborate with customer service team to understand and address customer feedback and drive opportunities to improve customer experience
• Own business performance measurement and reporting across all aspects (sales, marketing, CRM, operations), and establish an analytics program to monitor and continuously optimize key metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rate, retention, CAC, LTV)
• Ensure fulfillment processes meet consumer expectations and partner with operations teams to scale existing operations as needed
• Be data-driven, capable of turning insights into clear and compelling action plans, aligning leaders and cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with other sales/channel leads to build holistic plans and mitigate channel conflict
• Lead, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of eCommerce professionals
• Lead planning and development of new eCommerce channels
Education and Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other relevant discipline. Masters preferred.
• Minimum 7-10 years of e-Commerce strategy and P&L leadership experience with DTC Platforms and experience with social commerce, marketplaces, and quick-commerce highly preferred
• Experience with eCommerce operations, marketing & analytics platforms (Salesforce/Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Google Analytics)
• Strong financial and strategic planning skills along with an in-depth understanding of growth drivers in direct-to-consumer channels
• Experience managing cross-functional teams including site experience, merchandising, marketing, CRM, and operations with direct reporting lines and responsibilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distil complex scenarios and communicate across stakeholders
• 2-4 years of experience managing a team and passion for building, mentoring and leading high-performing teams
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial drive and strong commercial acumen
• Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving orientation
• Strong project management skills, attention to detail and a continuous learning mindset

Range for this position:
$150,000 - $180,000
Factors such as geographic location, academic credentials, relevant experience, and specific knowledge, skills and abilities will influence the actual salary offered. In addition to a competitive market-based salary, compensation also includes a performance-based bonus, and in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
