Immediate Opening: Manager – Medical Imaging

This position will:
- Oversee and ensure efficient Radiology operations, ensuring a high level of productivity and providing operational and technical direction
- Monitor the function of the department, resolve problems and revise operations as needed
- Partner with other departments and leaders to assure quality patients services and overall patient satisfaction
- Be responsible for resolution of any patient concerns, complaints and/or problems
- Support the organization's mission, vision, values and strategic initiatives
- Participate in community activities and in the development, implementation and evaluation of business and market growth plans
- Develop and administer policies and procedures to accomplish department specific and organizational initiatives
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Health Care Administration or related field
- ARRT certification, Wisconsin and Illinois Radiography licensure and CPR within 90 days of hire
Preferred:
- Typically requires 5 years of experience in a health care facility that includes experience and knowledge in medical practice and management
- 1 year of supervisory experience in managing staff and monitoring the budget and resources
- PACS knowledge encouraged
