Operations Support Lead

The Opportunity:

In this role you will deliver business objectives and goals by optimising operational processes and providing reporting that enables effective decision making. You will achieve this through the documentation and refinement of standard ways of working, implementing change initiatives to drive efficiency and excellence, updating applications and systems, coordinating and communicating internal and external operational messages, supporting related projects and preparing reports.

Location: NZ Support Office (1 Carmont Place, Mount Wellington, Auckland 1060).

Hours: 40 hours Monday - Friday

What we’re looking for:

• 12 months experience in an operations or branch context including 12 months experience in an administrative role, a minimum of 6 months experience in data analysis with demonstrated ability to deliver to deadlines
• National Certificate Level 4 or equivalent with competency in English / Maths.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively in a team environment.
• The ability to work autonomously and evaluate information to provide recommended course of actions.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting and coordinating projects. 
• Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office tools.  
• Proficiency in written communication. 
• Proficiency in documenting business processes.
• Solution focused, responsive, able to demonstrate initiative.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to establish an excellent working relationship with people at all levels.
• Analytical problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach.
