What are the responsibilities and job description for the New Home Sales Manager position at Benchmark Builders, Inc.?
Benchmark Builders is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic full-time New Home Sales Manager for a community in Smyrna, DE area.
Responsibilities:
- Writing agreements of sale with customers.
- Touring customers through our welcome center/model homes.
- Maintaining communication with prospective buyers along with maintaining CRM database to track and manage sales leads.
- Employing strong sales techniques & strategies.
- Guiding prospective buyer through financing qualifications & current loan programs. Build relationships with mortgage companies.
- Maintaining up to date working knowledge of competitors in the marketplace and conduct quarterly CMA's.
- Generating referrals and leads through community marketing at various events.
- Building relationships with large corporation relocation specialists, schools, military, etc.
- Connecting with local Realtors in the community.
- Monitoring cleanliness of model homes, spec homes, and the general site appearance.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining excellent customer relations and reflecting Benchmark’s image to the marketplace.
Schedule:
- 5 scheduled days per week in model home including Saturdays and Sundays, 11AM to 5PM.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in new home sales, or commissioned based real estate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of basic construction terms.
- Ability to answer construction questions.
- A professional appearance.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook.
Compensation:
- Base salary plus commission. Benefits offered.
