Must have one or more of the following:
The Site Observation Tech will perform site survey and/or feasibility studies to collect and/or verify Client and site information, including preliminary conditions, design needs, requirements, and cost. The goal is to document site conditions for upcoming projects. This individual will also read and interpret design documents, identify code issues, and assist in cross-discipline observations. This position will require HEAVY travel throughout the week, with weekends home.

Requirements
Must have one or more of the following:
- 3-10 years specialized training/work experience in the Construction or A/E industry or related field
- 2 years post-secondary education in Construction Management or A/E and 1-8 years applicable work experience
- Level assigned based on experience
