We are looking for a talented Excavator Operator to join our diverse team of construction experts. The ideal candidate will have extensive excavating experience, as well as the ability to operate heavy machinery and work with a minimal supervision. Excellent benefits await the successful candidate and salary is commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, skidsteers, rollers, haul trucks or other excavating equipment.
- Work with other construction crews to perform tasks, such as grading and digging trenches.
- Exercise good judgment and safe practices while avoiding hazards.
- Work quickly, but carefully, to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Monitor hydraulic oil levels and hydraulic fluid pressure in order to prevent damage to hydraulic hoses, pumps and valves.
- Ride on equipment with a supervisor for training purposes.
- Gps & Topcon laser systems
- Understand pipe & layout/pitch
- Installing Roads/Deiveways, parking lots, septics, foundations
- Residential and commercial

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Heavy equipment operation: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CDL A (Preferred)
