Pay: $20 / hour

SUMMARY :
Assist in the sales process with regards to paperwork, compliance, and the complete finance process. The Administrator Assistant will collaborate with the finance managers and sales managers to ensure that all processes are followed and will handle all key duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES :
- Complete knowledge regarding Vin Solutions
- Ability to start and complete Sales Process in Vin Solutions and any other duties assign in Vin Solutions
- Knowledge of OEM Rebates
- Organize Rebate Package and Digitally scan package.
- Knowledge of Compliance Package
- Organize Compliance Package and Digitally scan package.
- Organize Deal Package and Digitally scan package.
- Utilize CDK as needed for inventory, sales, and finance. This will include adding inventory, deleting inventory, loading a deal, printing and any other duties assigned in CDK.
- Complete all Global Connect training and continue to stay at 100 percent on training.
- Handle all notary and title issues for finance managers and sales managers. This will include obtaining necessary items directly from the customer and any other necessary processes.
- Process Title work on deals when necessary.
- Organize and file all Finance Dead Deals
- File any deals that are returned to the dealership from accounting.
- Interact with customers when requested.
- Continue to obtain Finance Knowledge to grow withing the department.
- Any other tasks and duties that are requested by the management team.
- Assist customers in F&I office and learn all F&I functions to be able to cover time shifts in F&I and learn the job of an F&I manager.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Maintains a clean and professional work environment.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Valid Driver's License
- Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening
