BERING STRAITS NATIVE CORPORATION (BSNC) is Hiring a Program Analyst Near KANSAS CITY, MO

Overview

SUMMARY

Arcticom LLC a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation is currently seeking a qualified Program Analyst for USDA DISC in Kansas City, MO. The ideal candidate will support service strategy and business development efforts by evaluating the market demand landscape. They will be aware of market trends and analyze how the product is evolving externally and provide analysis to service owners to ensure the service capabilities are aligned with customer’s demands internally. Additionally, support DISC service owners by clearly defining and documenting program processes and procedures for service intake and delivery. Lastly, provide insight and analysis to facilitate contract management and vendor management activities by providing program reporting and analysis to senior management.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position and are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Reporting on program consumption by customer account
  • Roadmap and projections for growth
  • Generate use cases and success stories
  • Support Business Development by:
    • Reviewing customer requests via program mailbox within 24 hours
    • Maintaining DISC program price sheets and service catalog content
    • Providing documentation through onboarding guides and frequently asked questions
    • Interact with a customer resource management (CRM) interface for program awareness
  • Create, maintain, and modify onboarding checklists
  • Document program procedures and work activities
  • Develop and document and report and analyze program critical success factors and key performance indicators
  • Verify and validate compliance of program related controls and service level metrics
  • Track potential and ongoing program activities for program management reporting and as appropriate identify improvement opportunities
  • Continuously seek and maintain automated process and digital (web-based) reporting.
  • Generate reporting to show program consumption and customer activity in support of capacity and resource management assisting service owners and contract management.
  • Produce executive level program reporting on weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
  • Assist with the development and maintain program policy and guidance.
  • Assist with the development and report on Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION

Required (Minimum Necessary)

  • Process Management and documentation preferably with human centered design.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to define and develop processes.
  • Collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Atlassian Jira and Confluence
  • Process Management Toolsets such as Visio and Lucid Charts.
  • Experience interpreting and reporting on programs applying IT policy.
  • Comprehension of Information Technology contracts and developing reporting to effectively manage a program within designated support contracts.
  • Knowledge of and experience working with commercial cloud solutions such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Business Intelligence reporting and dashboard visualization development and analysis using tools such as Power-BI or Tableau.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

  • Ability to interface with a Customer Resource Management (CRM).
  • C-Suite Level presentation and meeting facilitation.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of state-of-the-art and emerging cloud service offerings.
  • ITIL framework
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

Preferred

  • Current USDA Public Trust clearance

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work Environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be borne by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

This job is performed remotely. The location will be an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system. The work described herein is primarily a modern office setting. Occasional travel may be required.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • No supervisory responsibilities.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS

As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain the appropriate clearance levels required and be able to obtain access to military installations.
