Job Description
Self-motivated experienced Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative Microsoft products that solve customer challenges. This role involves owning the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, as well as strategic marketplace relationships. Ensuring alignment with both technical and business objectives is critical. This individual will be a creative thinker, detail oriented, possess strong communication skills and have a passion for mining product ideas from our team.
Responsibilities
The right candidate for the role will have the ability to:
· Develop and articulate a clear product strategy through user research, data analysis, and market insights.
· Create and validate product hypotheses using A/B testing and other validation methods.
· Define and document the end-to-end user experience and detailed product specifications to meet business and customer requirements.
· Work closely with Implementation and Development teams to ensure a seamless and compelling user experience.
· Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, to drive product development and adoption.
· Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
· Establish key success metrics and monitor and report on product performance.
· Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and prioritize features.
· Manage the product roadmap, including sprint planning and backlog prioritization.
· Make critical prioritization decisions to balance short-term needs with long-term goals.
· Work closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality product implementation and timely delivery.
· Engage with customers, developers, and business leaders to understand their needs and advocate for their objectives throughout the product lifecycle.
· Leverage Azure DevOps to story-board products, define sprints and deliver solutions.
· Own strategic marketplace relationships to promote product adoption.
Education \ Certification:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
· 5 years of product management or program management experience, particularly with technology teams.
· Product Management \ Marketing certification (preferred but not required)
