Certification Details BLS ACLS Job Details IR RN position at Berkeley Medical Center Bridging staffing for the startup of Neuro IR service Monday - Friday 8hr days with occasional call Must have Neuro IR / IR experience Job Requirements BLS (AHA) ACLS (AHA) WV License required for Rad Techs Schedule Information Monday - Friday 0700-1530 Call requirement - RN's / response time : Monday - Friday 1530 - 0700 (average 15 days per month) Weekend Requirement - RN's : Saturday / Sunday 0700-0700 Unit Specific Information Unit : IR (cost Center 156) Common cases : All Cardiac Adults (peripheral, cardiac cath PCI, devices, only adults) Charge Nurse : Resource nurse - flow of the day - assignments but will do cases if needed Additional Details COVID VACCINE REQUIRED : Fully vaccinated means either 2 shots of Moderna or Pfizer or 1 shot of J&J Submission Requirements : Can only submit to 1 position at a time across the entire WVU system Previous perm candidates must be gone for 2 years Previous travelers there for 1 full year must be gone for 2 years Individual unit requirements listed in pulse apply Travel teams must be submitted together in 1 email We are only permitted to submit 2 candidates per opening
