Bernie’s Sales is an appliance and furniture retail store serving the greater Ketchikan area and is looking to fill a full time freight and delivery position

Expectations:

• Driving the delivery van in a safe and professional manner.
• This is a public facing position, cleanliness and professionalism are required.
• Take and account for new inventory and freight.
• Provide friendly service to customers in their homes.
• Maintain high safety standards and follow all lifting procedures.

Requirements:

• Clean and current drivers license.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to lift 80 lbs on a regular basis.

Extras:

• If you have experience in appliance repair or are interested to learn there are additional opportunities to be had.
• Sales experience, when not dealing with freight and deliveries being flexible, making sales and answering the phone.

Pay and Benefits:

• Pay starting at $15 /hr depends on experience.
• Other benefits start 90 days after hiring.
