We are now recruiting for a reliable and diligent Assistant Building & Grounds Maintenance at our premiere resort in Bartlett, NH
As the Assistant Manager , you will :
Provide superior service within our Buildings and Grounds Maintenance department. The ideal candidate will assist the Building and Grounds Manager with the department responsibilities. This includes leading staff members during their shift through various proactive, reactive maintenance issues and projects assigned to the Buildings and Grounds department. There will also be an aspect of supporting and maintaining the Sports Club as well.
Essential Functions :
- Responsible for the day to day for daily staff assignments
- Oversee all sports club amenities and maintain established standards
- Become familiar with all associations under contract and follow-up to ensure contract work is being done.
- Work with all associations and trusts to ensure contract work is being done.
- Assume responsibility as manager on duty during the absence of the department manager.
- Keep staff records including attendance and performance evaluations.
- Oversee the upkeep of all equipment ensuring that equipment is properly used, stays in good repair, and is safe to use and inspected
- Assist in orientation and training of new staff
- To be available for on call and after-hours emergencies as necessary.
- Keep all vehicles in good repair and register and inspect as needed.
