What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative/Call Center position at Best Life and Health Insurance Company?
We are currently seeking Seasonal Customer Service Representatives to work full-time in the Meridian, Idaho area. The top applicants will have a minimum 1 year in an administrative role and have excellent communication skills. Our next training class starts on Monday October 21st. This is a seasonal Remote position.
The customer service representative answers incoming phone calls from various customers by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Answer phone calls from members and/or their agents to resolve their questions or concerns
- Provide any information regarding account status, such as premium amount/due and payment history.
- Respond to requests for assistance and processing payments
- Access appropriate information using multiple systems
- Work in collaboration with administration to obtain appropriate member eligibility.
- Work in collaboration with other departments to resolve account status issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Educational degrees must be from a US Department of Education accredited school.
- Must have a High School diploma/GED.
- 18 years of age or older
- 1 year of related experience preferred, but not required.
- Typing 30 WPM
- Ability to work independently
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work closely with our members and employees.
- Must be able to clear background check
