What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Housekeeper position at Best Western Alpenglo Lodge?
The Best Western Alpenglo Lodge in downtown Winter Park seeks a housekeeper for a full time role at our award winning hotel. Some housekeeping experience is preferred, but does not have to be directly related to hotel work.
Unfortunately, there is no relocation available for this role. This role is also a year round job and not seasonal.
Option to start at an aggressive hourly wage for first two weeks ($15.50/hr), but pay could be $16.50/hour (clean 1-2 rooms/hour) or $17.50/hour if able to clean 2 rooms or more per hour. Of course all rooms need to pass inspection, which is how we maintain our standards and continue to please our guests!
Other compensation includes periodic bonus programs, occasional tips from guests and travel discounts at Best Western Hotels and Resorts worldwide.
Our housekeeping staff enjoys great flexibility with this job, since when the work is complete, their day is finished! We also are willing to work with various "needs of the employee" regarding days and hours worked.
