We are immediately hiring for 1 preferably experienced guest service representative (full time)

Hotel Front Desk Agent Responsibilities
- Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and process credit card information
- Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests’ needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs
- Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests
- General bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date
- Additional duties may include cleaning and help with laundry
- Ensure that each guest has a wonderful and memorable stay at the hotel
Hotel Front Desk Agent Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred
- Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
- Working knowledge of computers and adaptability to training on reservation system
Hotel Front Desk Agent Compensation
$12-$14 per hour
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
