Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. We are a 100 room property located in Winston Salem.
General day to day work is repair and maintenance tasks on a hotel's physical facilities, including guest rooms, common areas, and building systems.
Key responsibilities include basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs, light carpentry, and general upkeep of the property
Requirements:
- Strong facilities maintenance skills
- Ability to fabricate and work with various materials
- Proficiency in electrical work and troubleshooting
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance
