Job Duty Summary:
*The Emergency Medicine Physician will provide high-quality emergency care in a Level IV Trauma Center, performing procedures such as intubations, chest tubes, and central lines.
Schedule:
*Full-time, 12-hour shifts (day/night/weekend rotations).
Qualifications (Minimum and Preferred):
*Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years of emergency medicine experience required.
*Specialized Experience: FM/IM with extensive emergency and trauma experience accepted (3 years with 250 case logs within the past year).
*Prior Duties: Emergency care, including trauma and acute patient management.
*Education: ABEM certification preferred.
*Licenses: Eligible for a North Dakota Medical License.
*Certifications: ACLS, PALS, ATLS required.
*Personality Factors: Strong communicator, team-focused, and confident in high-pressure situations.
*Systems Used: Meditech EHR.
*Ideal Candidate Features: Skilled in emergency procedures and capable of managing diverse patient demographics.
Pay Summary:
Salary Range:
* 1099 Independent Contractor (Permanent): $285/hr.
