The Digital Designer works to create digital assets for Bestway and it’s brands. This role involves collaborating with creative team members and taking direction from the Digital Design Manager and Sr Digital Designer in the creation of digital design solutions. The designer must balance creativity with teamwork and handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Create digital designs aligned with Bestway brand guidelines
- Produce assets for retailer websites (e.g., Walmart, Amazon) that follow retailer standards and optimize product pages
- Create quick product videos and infographics for retailer initiatives
- Assist with Bestway USA website assets as needed
- Design logos, social media graphics, banners, apps, and emails
- Collaborate with the B2B content team on enhanced content using Salsify
- Maintain and enhance our Bestway design systems for all of our retail partner content
- Crop, resize and enhance retail partner content to maintain best in market presentation
- Assist with producing assets for (e.g., Walmart, Amazon) storefronts and market places
- Use Project Managing software to manage tasks and meet deadlines
- Deliver on-brand assets by understanding requirements and staying organized
- Ensure consistency with Bestway and retailer brand standards
- Support design projects from concept to production-ready artwork
- Collaborate with Brand Design Director and designers to develop digital guidelines
- Organize, version, and archive artwork for team collaboration
- Communicate project updates to the team and stay current with digital trends
- Take direction from senior team members and translate into action
- Collaborate on research, design, and testing to ensure web standards
- Perform other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:
- Associates or bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar field OR 5 years of work experience in lieu of college degree
- At least 3-5 years of graphic design experience with an emphasis on web design content.
- Mastery of the Adobe Creative suite: Adobe CC Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Express. Premier Rush.
- Experience in Figma software a plus.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience in UI/IUX design a plus
- Knowledge and experience with digital assets for web design process and execution
- Experience designing for e-commerce websites or advertising
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience a plus
- Experience designing for E-commerce software
- Familiar with workflow project management tools
- Video production and editing is a plus
- Experience receiving peer feedback on design directions and executions

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
