Role: Client Implementation Consultant – Unity Financial Reporting and Performance Analytics

About The Role

We are a leading firm specializing in Financial Reporting and Performance Analytics, providing innovative solutions to financial institutions globally. We provide an industry leading Managed Service offering and Client Installations for our Financial Reporting and Performance clients on our Unity platform. We are seeking talented Client Implementation Consultants to join our team in delivering these essential services.

As a Client Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in the successful onboarding and implementation of our Unity Product for both managed services and client installations. You will collaborate with a team of consultants, product developers, and support staff to ensure seamless integration and high client satisfaction. This is a contract-based role, and you will work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, helping clients navigate their financial reporting and analytics needs.

Key Contributions:

Perform the following responsibilities at an Intermediate Level:

• Deliver assigned tasks/projects and tickets (as applicable) on time and to the defined quality standards.
• Use the Confluence solutions, tools and processes to meet the requirements of internal and external customers.
• Demonstrate product competency and ability to implement best practices, share this knowledge with colleagues and customers.
• Collaborate with team members and external stakeholders/partners (as applicable) to ensure work priorities and stakeholder deliverables are scoped, met or escalated.
• Analyze, research and resolve complex issues both independently and through interaction with clients, colleagues and other departments.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of company processes.
• Independently provide solution design, configuration, testing and documentation activities to internal stakeholders to ensure governance standards are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Onboarding: Support the implementation of Unity for financial reporting and performance analytics, ensuring timely and efficient onboarding for new clients.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to capture detailed financial reporting and analytics requirements, ensuring custom solutions are delivered.
• Implementation Support: Work closely with internal teams to deliver projects on time, coordinating with Product, Development, and Managed Services teams.
• Client Training: Participate in client training to ensure they fully understand and adopt the Unity platform for their reporting needs.
• Issue Resolution: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues during onboarding, working collaboratively to manage any challenges that arise.
• Process Optimization: Contribute to refining onboarding and implementation processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 7 years of experience in client implementation, onboarding, or project management within financial services, financial reporting, or performance analytics.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial reporting requirements and performance analytics. Familiarity with managed services is a plus.
• Confluence / Unity Experience: Prior experience with Confluence and the Unity Platform is preferred
• Technical Skills: Experience with SaaS platforms and data integration projects, particularly in financial services.
• Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Client Communications: Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in an accessible way.
