Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Associate

Founded in 2017, our company has experienced substantial growth each year and is actively expanding our product offerings. Better Brands Inc. is currently seeking an energetic and dedicated individual to fill a full-time position as a Warehouse associate. This individual will work directly under the supervision of the warehouse manager and will provide support in the areas of warehouse distribution and facility organization.

Candidates must have the ability to work a flexible schedule that can include long hours in a highly dynamic environment. Candidates must be hard-working and willing to perform physical tasks as necessary.

Responsibilities:

Packaging write-up and order preparation:

• Assists the warehouse manager in completing the packaging write-ups and orders in a timely and effective manner
• Assists the warehouse manager in keeping constant control of raw material and finish product inventory
• Assists the warehouse manager in keeping constant control and organization of all factory storage areas such as dry storage, refrigerators and freezers.

Qualifications:

• High School or equivalent (Recommended)
• Warehousing: 1 year (Recommended)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (Recommended)

Required Skills and Experience:

• Outstanding organization and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Products
• Attention to detail and quality control under tight timelines.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment.
• Must be available on an as needed basis for after hours, on-call emergency services
• Basic computer skills

Physical Requirements:

• This position requires constant heavy lifting and continuous physical labor.
• Ability to be on feet for an extended time.
• Ability to bend, squat, climb ladders without difficulty.
• Must be able to lift 100 pounds.

Paid vacation - 2 weeks a year

40 Hours accrued paid sick leave

Paid Holiday on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day, July 4th, Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
