Allround Marketer

Betty Blocks is a leading provider of low-code platforms that empower businesses to accelerate their digital transformation journey. We are now seeking an all-round marketer to join our marketing team and help us continue growing our brand.

As an allround marketer at Betty Blocks, you will be a critical pillar of the marketing team and able to manage a wide range of functions simultaneously. You will collaborate with specialists in content, design, and demand generation while taking ownership of key marketing functions, including campaign management, social media strategy, and event coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns;
• Set up, monitor, and optimize online advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn, social media);
• Oversee and manage the company’s social media channels, creating engaging content and building a strong online presence;
• Create high-quality visual content, such as ads and webpages, that are in line with our brand guidelines;
• Organize and execute both online webinars and in-person events, working with external vendors and partners to deliver engaging experiences.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
• Broad marketing expertise across digital, content, events, and advertising, with deeper specialization in at least one area.
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.
• Experience in using Hubspot and AI preferred.
