Construction Laborer

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. In this role, you will be an integral part of our construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe and efficient. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions closely.

Duties

• Assist with the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Help skilled tradespeople with specific tasks as directed.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Skills

• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of construction practices is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• Familiarity with safety protocols in a construction environment is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction work.

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
