Description

BidFTA.com is looking to hire Lotters. Using a company-provided iPad, Lotters will identify the item, grade the item's quality, scan a barcode, take a photo, place an ID sticker on the item, and stack that item on a pallet. Accurate, efficient lotting is the cornerstone of our success as a business. You will be working with items from major e-commerce retailers that have been returned. We handle many different types of items; you could be working with drones, zero-turn lawn mowers, air conditioning units, tools, toys, and much more. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will also need to:

• Open bales, crates, boxes, and other containers.
• Sort and place items on racks, shelves, or in bins.
• May greet customers.
• May assist customers in locating items.
• May help customers with preview and check out.
• You’ll audit the first two steps to ensure that the product data you’ve collected is accurate.
• By your fifth day, our expectation is that you will be lotting between 100-125 lots. By the end of your first month, our expectation is that you're lotting within our normal range of 150-200 lots per day, depending on the type of product you are lotting. We also monitor the % of lots that are refunded due to inaccurate data.

Requirements

• Works well as part of a team.
• Proven history of strong work ethic.
• Technological literacy - you will be using an IOS device (iPad) to lot products.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment – lifting items/boxes overhead, standing for extended periods of time, squatting, ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs.
• Proficiency in English, bi-lingual with Spanish is a plus.
