Big Bend Transit, Inc. is accepting applications for the position of Transit Operator (Leon County). The person in this position typically operates a paratransit vehicle in scheduled and demand response, specialized transportation service, provides passenger assistance in boarding, disembarking, and on-board the vehicle, collects fares, and maintains appropriate records. The person in this position must have a good driving record, and possess, a valid Florida Driver's License. This is a safety-sensitive position, which requires substance abuse testing per BBT's Substance Abuse Policy. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Operations Manager, Leon County.
