As an Assistant Manager, you’ll start learning our business from day one while serving our store. Your focus will be to serve both customers and our team while you learn behind-the-scenes operational structure.

Responsibilities: 

Provide excellent customer service to all customers while adhering to Big Brand Tire & Service customer service values. Recommend services that meet or exceed the manufacture’s recommendations and aligns with the customer’s needs. 

Requirements:

• Sales or Customer Service related background
• Knowledgeable in automotive services 
• Valid Driver's license and DMV report with 2 points or less
• At least the age of 18
• Must be able to meet ADA requirements including standing for long periods of time and some lifting, up to 70 pounds. 
• High school or equivalent
