Immediate need for a FNP or PA, well-versed in all aspects of Primary Care especially in a rural setting. The position is full-time, five days per week. Volume is low to average with moderate to high moderate disease acuity. This is a small hospital an hour from Albany, NY. One position offers 3 12 hour shifts and 2 positions for 8-10 hour shifts, 4 or 5 days per week.
