Please note that this is a full-time, on-site position.Responsibilities : Answer phones, welcome clients, and set up conference rooms for meetingsSchedule and confirm appointmentsDocument and update client statuses, appointments, and phone calls in the firm’s practice management systemCommunicate with potential and existing clients by phone, in person, and by emailPrepare and maintain paper and electronic case filesAssist with preparing estate planning bindersAssist with client meetingsReceive and process daily mailCopy, scan, file, and assist with office supply organizationMaintain front office area, conference room, and other common areasAssist team members when they need a handQualifications : An Associate Degree is required for this position, although a Bachelor's Degree is highly preferredCandidates should have a minimum of 6 months of experience working in a law firm environmentThe ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and take initiativeStrong administrative skills and a background in customer service are essentialWe are looking for a positive, high-energy team player who is results-orientedProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required, and knowledge of Actionstep is a plusCandidates must be computer savvy and comfortable working with various computer programs, databases, and systemsA reliable commute or willingness to relocate prior to starting the position is necessaryCompensation : $19 - $25 hourly DOEAbout Law Office of Susan A.
