```Responsibilities```
Key Responsibilities
· Opening and/or closing of the retail outlet store.
· Retail sales team members are responsible for operation of the cash register and ensuring the proper checkout process is followed.
· Responsible for accurate cash handling procedures.
· Management of store inventory, product stocking, maintenance and ordering of retail stock.
· Management and organization of freezer inventory.
· Provide exceptional customer service and communication with our customers in person, online and over the phone.
· Maintenance and cleaning of storefront and kitchen prep area.
· Multitasking with some general office responsibilities to assist our administrative team with their job functions.
· Professional and effective interaction with our existing retail store and office teams.
· Work closely with our e-commerce team filling orders and coordinating shipping to our e-commerce customers.
Current store hours: Monday through Wednesday, 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Thursday, Friday and Saturday hours are 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Sunday 8 AM – 1 PM. Opening shift starts at 6:00 AM Monday – Saturday, Sunday 7 AM) – promptness is imperative. Closing shift will end approximately one hour after closing.
