Bill.com is seeking a well rounded and very hands-on Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our growing team of like-minded and talented IT experts.
A successful candidate for this position should be able to handle a fast-paced and growing environment. The Helpdesk Support Specialist will drive supporting our end user computing, productivity applications, telephony, and video conferencing systems.
We’d love to chat if you have :
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of IT support experience
- Troubleshooting experience for desktop / client software / hardware issues
- Knowledge of Windows Servers, Domain Controllers, and Active Directory Administration
- Knowledge of MacOS and Windows Administration in an enterprise-level business environment
- Experience in administration support with end user products such as Google Workspace, Adobe Suite, Endpoint Security Software
- Must have a basic understanding of networking protocols and services like IP, DHCP, and DNS
- Exposure to popular cloud hosted apps such as Okta, Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Netsuite, Salesforce.com, and Zoom
