Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead Solution Design & Development
- Architect, design, and implement Salesforce solutions, specializing in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Omni-Channel.
- Provide Technical Leadership
- Mentor and guide a team of Salesforce developers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders
- Work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define scope, and design scalable solutions that meet business needs.
- Architect Advanced Solutions
- Leverage the full Salesforce platform (declarative configuration, Apex coding, Lightning components) and integrate with external systems.
- Ensure Data Integration
- Develop and implement Salesforce data integration strategies to synchronize data with external systems.
- Maintain Code Quality
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and perform quality assurance to ensure high standards in deliverables.
- Stay Ahead of Trends
- Keep up-to-date with Salesforce technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing new features.
- Support Agile Processes
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert
- Provide expertise in Salesforce technical architecture, solution design, and implementation strategies.
- Troubleshoot and Support
- Resolve technical issues, support testing and deployment, and ensure the stability and performance of Salesforce applications.
- Implement CI/CD Pipelines
- Utilize best practices to establish Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines for Salesforce.
Qualifications
- Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Technical Architect, System Architect) are highly desirable.
- Experience
- At least 8 years of Salesforce development experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce DX.
- Technical Skills
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, advanced development methodologies, and CI/CD processes.
- Proficiency in Agile development tools, especially Azure DevOps.
