SUMMARY
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented FPA Analyst to join our team, specializing in Commission and SGA expenses. In this role, you will take the lead in managing the global sales commission process, including calculating commission attainment and payouts against the planned targets. Additionally, you will play a key role in analyzing SGA expense trends, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and delivering actionable insights to help optimize spending across the organization. This position offers the chance to influence financial strategy and contribute to the company’ bottom line.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned)
Sales Commissions Administration and Analysis
· Administer, support, and manage commission plans for the company
· Maintain processes and systems critical to the calculation and reporting of sales commissions including but not limited to: Territory Alignment, Sales Team Roster, Quota, Plan calculations.
· Perform quarterly and annual calculation, validation and payment of incentive compensations plan components
· Ensure proper plan documentation.
· Partner with HR, finance and business leaders to align compensation strategies with organization objectives
SG&A Expense Analysis
· Analyze SGA expense trends across the company, identifying variances, key drivers and opportunities for cost reductions
· Collaborate with department heads to review and control discretionary spending against budget targets.
· Provide detailed and actionable financial insights to department heads to optimize spending and improve financial performance
Other Duties
· Identify and implement opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve data accuracy
· Support ad-hoc reporting and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration or a related field or related experience.
· 2 years of experience in a commission analyst or similar role.
· Strong comprehension of end to end Sales Compensation processes and systems
· Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data processing
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc)
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment
· Experience in private equity or fast growth environment (preferred)

A full-time Monday through Friday workweek with general business hours and flexibility to occasionally work additional hours as needed and approved by management.
