Description:

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols and streamlining administrative procedures.

Responsibilities:

- Answer and direct phone calls and emails

- Maintain relevant accounting for the customer database

- Perform data entry and other data-related functions as needed

- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring all items are invoiced and paid on time.

- Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved, and clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored.

- Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events.

- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints

- Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment

Experience:

- Previous experience as an office manager or in a related field is preferred

- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively

- Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, etc.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proven ability to manage calendars and schedule appointments accurately
